We do this by providing our managing agents with a large support team. Our clients receive personal service from not only their individual managing agent but also by a team of people with specialist skills.

Even when your managing agent is on leave we have trained and experienced people to manage your property in their absence.

Our commitment to on-going staff training means our team can give you the best support to achieve the results you want.

This training encompasses Continuing Professional Development, weekly in-house training sessions as well as attendance at regular industry training workshops.

Directors

Paul and Pam Finlay

Lake Group Strata was created by Paul and Pam Finlay.

Managing Director of Lake Group Strata, Paul Finlay is a licensed Strata Manager with over 30 years experience managing strata title property in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and surrounding regions. 

Paul works as an advisor to many Owners Corporations and Community Associations and works as a consultant to developers, surveyors, solicitors and other property professionals in setting up Strata and Community title plans. 

Property is Paul’s passion and he is committed to ensure that the team at Lake Group Strata provides the best possible customer service and expert advice available. 

Pam works with fellow Director, Brad Gribble in the day to day management of the business.

Andrew O’Brien

Andrew has been a Director of Lake Group Strata since 2004 and is a licensed Strata Manager and a Committee member of the Institute of Strata Title Management. 

Andrew, along with his assistant manages some of the regions most prominent and technical Strata and Community title properties. Andrew has a passion for education and knowledge and is committed for Lake Group Strata having the most acknowledgeable and experienced staff available. 

Brad Gribble

For Brad, a licensed Strata Manager, property has been his choice of career for the past 17 years and he became a Director of Lake Group Strata in 2005.

Brad’s role as Operations Manager sees him responsible for the day to day management of the business, HR management and ensuring that the Lake Group Strata team is constantly improving and committed to providing the best Strata and Community title management service available.
