Maintenance and Repairs Management

At Lake Group Strata we understand that one of the most important roles of the managing agent is to attend to maintenance and repairs in a prompt and efficient manner in accordance with instructions received from the Owners Corporation or the Executive Committee.

Lake Group Strata has access to a large number of experienced contractors from a wide range of trades and specialties to ensure that maintenance and repairs are conducted in a professional and cost effective manner. Executive Committee’s always have the opportunity to use the services of their preferred contractor if they have one.

All contractors used by Lake Group Strata are checked to ensure that they are licensed for the work they will be doing and that they have current insurance policies in place.

Lake Group Strata and its employees do not receive any commission or other commercial benefit from contractors engaged by the company on behalf of an Owners Corporation or Community Association.
