Meetings

Our managing agents are trained and experienced in effectively managing and controlling meetings.
Notice of meetings and minutes of meetings are prepared and distributed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation.

Meetings can be held in one of the modern and comfortable meeting rooms at the office of Lake Group Strata or held onsite if owners prefer. Sometimes it is necessary or preferred by owners that meetings be held at another venue of their choice and this can be arranged.
